Dollar Tree in Lexington, VA is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, manage transactions at the register, stock shelves, and help unload merchandise while maintaining a safe, friendly store environment.

A high school diploma is preferred; retail or service experience is highly valued. You must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous customer service experience in retail or service industries is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while operating the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks; stock replenishment per productivity standards.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, trash, and neat/presentable areas.
• Other duties as assigned.
