Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Texas LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our store in San Antonio. You will assist customers, handle transactions, stock shelves, and help unload merchandise to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming shopping environment.

The role requires strong customer service, organizational and communication skills, with the ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, and trash.
• Other duties as assigned.
