Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Texas LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide a welcoming shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, maintain store cleanliness, stock merchandise, and support unloading and replenishment tasks.

Qualifications

• Previous retail/customer service experience preferred
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and do frequent standing.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations
• Process sales transactions at cash register
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets
• Stock replenishment and merchandise recovery
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks
• Maintain store cleanliness and restrooms
• Ensure a safe, respectful environment for customers and staff
