Family Dollar is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Philadelphia to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the cash register, and help keep the store stocked and clean.

You’ll unload merchandise, replenish stock, and maintain a safe, respectful environment for customers and teammates. The role includes various duties to ensure store operations run smoothly, with emphasis on customer service, accuracy in transactions, and physical tasks such as

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and perform physical duties described.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks; stock replenishment.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Keep store clean, restrooms stocked, floors swept and mopped, trash taken out.
