Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, resolve questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Register sales, handle payments, returns, exchanges, and process voids.
• Maintain clean, well-merchandised counters and shelves, check in and price merchandise.
• Assist with inventory, stock rotation, and restock as needed.
• Provide customer service in the photo area and assist with web pick-up orders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and contribute to a positive work environment.
