Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store customer service experience desired.
• Ability to follow instructions and read operating documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Strong customer service and relationship skills expected.
• Good organizational and communication abilities required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks for stock replenishment.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and courteous store environment.
• Perform cleaning and restocking of bathrooms and floors as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
