Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking and standing.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; good problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register and protect cash assets.
• Stock merchandise and recover items; unload trucks as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness, including restrooms and floors; ensure neat presentation.
• Uphold a positive, safe, and respectful store environment.
