Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC in South Boston, VA is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to help customers, manage transactions, and keep the store running smoothly.

You will assist customers, stock shelves, unload trucks, maintain a clean store, and provide friendly service. Prior retail experience is preferred; lifting up to 50 lbs may be required. This is a part-time position in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and operate cash register.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations
• Manage sales transactions at cash register
• Maintain cash security and protect assets
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks
• Maintain clean, safe, and presentable store environment
