Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our Pearland store and provide a friendly shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the register, and help keep shelves stocked and organized.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and prior retail or service experience is preferred. Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs, be physically active, and communicate clearly with customers and teammates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and handle frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise as needed.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading and stock replenishment.
