Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC seeks a Customer Service Associate to support a great shopping experience for every guest. You will assist customers, process transactions, stock shelves, and keep the store clean and safe while upholding company standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar environments is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and operate in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Process sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks; stock replenishment per productivity standards.
• Provide a safe, positive environment with professional interactions.
• Maintain store cleanliness, including bathrooms and floors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
