Job summary

Dollar Tree, Inc. in Annville, KY seeks a part-time Customer Service Associate to help customers, manage transactions, stock shelves and keep the store clean and inviting.

You will support unloading merchandise, protect cash assets, maintain a safe environment, and collaborate with teammates to meet productivity standards. High school diploma preferred with prior retail/ service experience valued.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store is preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and associates
• Maintain store cleanliness including bathrooms, floors, trash and neatness
• Other duties as assigned
