Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Monroe, LA to deliver friendly service at the checkout and throughout the store.

You will assist customers, handle transactions, stock shelves, maintain cleanliness, and support store operations while complying with safety and company policies. This part-time role offers flexibility and opportunities to develop in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
