Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our Amory, MS team. This role includes assisting customers, processing transactions, maintaining store cleanliness, and stocking merchandise to ensure a great shopping experience.

The position requires ability to lift 30–50 lbs, strong communication skills, and prior retail or service experience is preferred. This is a part-time, on-site role with a focus on friendly customer interactions and efficient store operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.
• Strong customer service, communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks; stock replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable store environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
