Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores in Tulsa is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a positive shopping experience. You will assist customers with questions and recommendations, manage sales transactions at the cash register, and help keep the store well-stocked and presentable.

This role requires the ability to lift 30–50 lbs, stand for long periods, and maintain a safe, friendly environment while working with colleagues and leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and read operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30-50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Team-oriented and respectful workplace behavior.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable.
