Job summary

Dollar Tree in Muskogee, Oklahoma is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to help customers, process transactions, and keep the store clean and organized.

You will assist with questions, stock replenishment, unloading trucks, and maintain a friendly environment while following store procedures. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred, and the role requires physical stamina and reliable teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Must follow instructions and interpret operating documents.
• Capable of lifting 30–50 lbs and standing for long periods.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks and replenish stock.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment.
• Keep store clean, restock bathrooms, sweep and mop floors, take out trash.
• Other duties as assigned.
