Family Dollar in Grove City, OH is seeking a Customer Service Associate to help provide a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the cash register, and keep the store clean and well-stocked.

You'll also unload merchandise, restock shelves, and maintain a safe, respectful environment with professional interactions. This part-time role offers opportunities to grow and support our customers daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and meet physical demands.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.

Responsabilités
