Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC in Millington, TN is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. You will assist customers, process transactions at the register, restock shelves, and help unload merchandise to keep the store inviting and efficient.

This part-time role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and prior customer service experience. You will work on a team, maintain a clean, safe store environment, and handle duties as assigned while

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift 30-50 lbs and meet the demands of frequent walking, standing, and manual tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, and trash.
• Other duties as assigned.
