Job summary

Dollar Tree in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations, assist customers, merchandise, and help at the front end as needed.

You will handle merchandise receiving, stocking, store cleanliness, cash register duties, and maintain accuracy and integrity of cash handling while delivering friendly service. This role requires teamwork and physical stamina.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking and standing.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations, including merchandising and front-end support.
• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and restock restrooms, floors, and trash areas.
• Provide a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register and protect company assets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
