San Diego Mission Bay Resort is a sprawling 357-room resort, boasting multiple dining options, a beautifully renovated pool, a kids' pool, astonishing Bay views, fire pits, and more. We are excited to welcome a new Part-Time Retail Attendant to our Mission Bay Family.

Role Overview

As a Retail Attendant, you will have the opportunity to meet and interact with people from all over the world! Our Retail Attendants proudly showcase our hotel, amenities, and surroundings. This highly visible role directly impacts guests' stays and creates memorable experiences that last a lifetime.

Requirements
  1. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  2. Effective verbal communication.
  3. Ability to upsell and promote products.
  4. Basic math skills for handling transactions and using a POS system.
  5. Attention to detail in pricing, stocking, and inventory management.
  6. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  7. Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work well with others.
  8. Ability to stand for extended periods.
  9. Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  10. Flexible scheduling and willingness to work varied shifts.
