Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in Massachusetts, South Weymouth, is seeking a part-time Retail Store Associate to deliver friendly, customer-focused service in a busy CVS Pharmacy environment. You will greet customers, assist with locating products, operate cash register and help maintain shelves and store cleanliness.

Anticipated 20 weekly hours, pay range $15.00–$22.00 per hour, benefits eligibility, and opportunities for growth are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 years.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs occasionally and up to 10 lbs frequently.
• Preferred prior experience in retail or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and resolving issues.
• Greet customers warmly, make eye contact and assist locating items.
• Accurately perform cashier duties and handle cash and card transactions.
• Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves and updating pricing.
• Support opening/closing store activities as needed.
• Assist multiple departments, ensuring full stocking and operation.
• Support pharmacy staff and participate in growth opportunities.
• Promote CVS services and loyalty programs to customers.
