Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience preferred.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle products is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service to shoppers.
• Explain fabrics, features, fit and function of products.
• Engage customers during in-store events and promotions.
• Maintain merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
• Report inventory and training needs to the Store Manager.
• Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals.
