Norman’s, the premiere Hallmark Gold Crown retailer in the East, is seeking a Part Time Sales Associate for our store at South Mountain Shopping Center, Emmaus, PA. You will greet customers, share product knowledge, enroll Crown Rewards members, operate the register, restock displays, and help create a caring, team-oriented shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes events, holidays, evenings, and weekends.
• Strong aptitude for basic math functions including percentages.
• Ability to continuously stand/walk; frequently push/pull; occasionally bend/stoop/crawl/reach above shoulders/kneel; carry up to 40 pounds.
