Responsibilities

• Delivers a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining store standards.
• Rings purchases/returns and counts change back according to procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs and supports store initiatives.
• Processes and prepares merchandise for sale floor following procedures.
• Participates in store recovery and maintains cleanliness and organization.
• Supports loss prevention and safety policies.
• Contributes to a positive store culture with honesty and respect.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
