Job summary

Fabletics is seeking a Part-Time Store Associate at International Plaza, Tampa, FL to deliver a best-in-class retail experience. You will help customers connect their online and in-store journeys using our tech-enabled shopping tools and work with a energetic team led by the Store Manager.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in retail, comfort with fabric knowledge, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Able to engage with customers and teammates in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with knowledge on fabrics, features, fit and function of products.
• Drive customer engagement through in-store events and promotions.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to enhance the purchase journey.
• Raise awareness of inventory and training needs with Store Manager.
• Unpack inventory boxes and assist with stock as needed.
