Job summary

Fabletics is seeking a Part-Time Store Associate at Crocker Park in Westlake, OH. You will deliver a best-in-class retail experience, connect online and in-store shopping, and shine in a fast-paced team with a Store Manager.

You will engage customers about fabrics, fit, and features, assist with inventory, and hit sales goals while maintaining store standards and safety. Flexible schedule and weekends required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle activities such as Yoga, Cycling/Spin, Pilates, Running.
• Ability to interact with Customers, Employees and Business Partners inside and outside of the store.
• Ability to work with large teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiar with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated, good communicator.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and provide knowledge on fabrics, features, fit and function.
• Drive customer engagement through store events and promotions.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to Store Manager.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to help the purchase journey.
• Offer feedback to Store Manager to improve the business.
• Strive for excellence in performance, productivity, efficiency and quality.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Maintain safety and security standards and report issues.
• Unpack inventory boxes weighing 10–30 lbs.
