Qualifications

• 1+ year retail experience preferred.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle activities is a plus.
• Ability to engage customers and explain fabrics, features, and function.
• Able to work with large teams and maintain a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class retail store experience to customers.
• Engage customers with knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function.
• Drive customer engagement through store events and promotions.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to Store Manager.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to aid the purchase journey.
• Support Store Manager with feedback to improve the business.
• Aim to meet or exceed store objectives in performance and sales.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Follow safety and security standards and identify issues.
• Unpack inventory boxes as needed (boxes weigh 10–30 lbs).
