Five Below is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer service on the sales floor. You will greet customers, answer questions, and help them find merchandise while maintaining organized stock and a seamless checkout experience.

Candidates should be 16+, comfortable with technology, and able to work a flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends, and possibly overnight shifts. Benefits and a supportive team culture are highlighted.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old
• Available to work a flexible schedule
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (such as cash registers, hand-held and mobile devices)
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers
• Able to handle customer interactions and potential issues courteously and professionally
• Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems
• Ability to learn procedural knowledge acquired through on-the-job training

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly; acknowledge customers and provide assistance
• Understand and meet customer needs by sharing product knowledge and offering recommendations
• Promote store events and promotions to drive sales
• Resolve customer concerns and offer alternatives to returns
• Communicate needs to management regarding restocking and customer feedback
• Collaborate with the team to achieve store objectives and maintain a positive environment
