Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the RWSC Ultimate Fit Experience.
• Provide accessory recommendations and educate on benefits.
• Generate Industrial Sales Leads.
• Achieve and exceed daily productivity and sales goals.
• Maintain store presentation and housekeeping standards.
• Maintain product knowledge through ongoing learning.
• Support daily operations of the retail store.
