• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and handles cash with care.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs to customers.
• Maintains merchandising standards and prepares merchandise for the sales floor.
• Participates in store recovery and safety programs throughout the day.
• Supports shrink reduction goals and adheres to labor policies.
• Provides friendly service and teamwork across shifts.
• Opens to cross-training in multiple store areas as needed.
• Upholds clean, organized, and safe store conditions.
