Job summary

Simply Southern is seeking a part-time retail associate to deliver enthusiastic in-store customer service and assist customers with product selection. You will handle basic transactions using the POS system and help maintain a welcoming store environment.

Flexibility to work weekends and possible weekdays is preferred. Retail experience is nice but not required; strong communication and a friendly attitude are key to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Provides enthusiastic customer service while customers shop and purchase products in our store.
• Delivers exceptional customer service by understanding needs and suggesting items customers would enjoy.
• Strong communication and listening skills are essential.
• Familiarity with cash register, computers, and calculators is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide enthusiastic customer service to shoppers in-store.
• Assist customers with product selection and upsell where appropriate.
• Handle basic transactions and operate the POS system.
• Maintain store appearance and assist with daily tasks as needed.
