Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Follow corporate directives and store policies; ensure compliance by associates.
• Maintain displays and overall store appearance to company standards.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged goods, payroll, scheduling, cash deposits and loss prevention.
• Keep store areas clean, stocked, and presentable; protect assets.
