Job summary

Habitat for Humanity Chicago is seeking a part-time ReStore Associate to welcome donors and customers, screen donations, process products, and assist with pricing and merchandising. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, teamwork, and a customer-focused approach in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities include loading donations, processing and stocking merchandise, handling sales at the register, and helping maintain a clean, safe store.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Screen incoming donations at loading door and ensure items are received in good condition.
• Detail, clean and organize donations for pricing and display.
• Operate the cash register and assist customers at point of sale.
