Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners in Medina, OH is seeking a Rehab Tech to support licensed therapists and care teams at Champion Creek. The role focuses on assisting with treatments, preparing residents for therapy, and ensuring safe, timely transport between areas.

As a part-time daytime position, you will help with QA activities and coordinate with the supervising therapist, with five half-days preferred but flexible to meet patient needs.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) or currently enrolled in a therapy program.
• High school diploma or GED as required by state statutes.
• Assists with resident treatments under the supervision of a licensed therapist.

Responsibilities

• Assists with resident treatments assigned by the licensed therapist.
• Prepares residents for treatment as instructed by supervising therapist.
• Transports residents to and from the Rehabilitation Department for scheduled treatments in a timely and safe manner.
• Assists with and participates in quality assurance programs as required.

Rehab Tech Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) or currently enrolled in a therapy program (e.g., PTA school or COTA school) or as qualified by state statutes regulating PT, OT and ST aides
• High school diploma or Graduate Equivalency Degree (GED) or as required by state statutes
• Assists with resident treatments assigned by the licensed therapist
• Prepares residents for treatment as instructed by supervising therapist
• Transports residents to and from the Rehabilitation Department for scheduled treatments in a timely and safe manner as requested
• Assists with and participates in quality assurance programs as required
