Job summary

Terratron, Inc. is seeking a Guest Host to greet guests, seat them, and support dining room readiness.

You will process to-go and room service orders where applicable, assist with point-of-sale activity, and keep guest areas clean and organized while coordinating with the food and beverage team to ensure warm, efficient service. The ideal candidate is professional, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication skills and a willingness to work flexible

Qualifications

• Reliable, self-motivated and responsible time management.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Multitask, stay organized and adapt to business needs.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service, guest service, sanitation and brand standards preferred.
• Cash handling or POS skills may be required.
• Able to move and lift items as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner and provide a welcoming first impression
• Escort guests to tables based on seating availability and service flow
• Answer phone calls and take to-go or room service orders; enter requests into the POS
• Record guest requests and special instructions clearly
• Maintain the host stand and surrounding guest areas
• Prepare and restock service items for daily readiness
• Process payments and support cash handling per procedures
• Communicate guest needs and inventory concerns to leadership and F&B team
• Adhere to safety and brand policies
• Support opening/closing, cleaning, and side work
• Maintain professional appearance and uniform as assigned
