RT Industries in Troy, OH is looking to hire part-time all 3 shifts (1st, 2nd, and 3rd). This position earns $14.00/hour and requires the ability to shovel snow and run a snowblower, plus a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving abstract.

Responsibilities include cleaning interior lobby, service area, and restrooms; maintaining grounds and picnic area; training and supervising clients in custodial tasks; coordinating with supervisors; and working weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Snow shoveling and snowblower operation.
• Must pass a post-offer drug test.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving abstract.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Clean interior lobby, service area, and restrooms.
• Maintain grounds and picnic area including mowing and trimming grass; removing leaves and snow; picking up litter; emptying trash barrels; cleaning exterior glass, outdoor fountain, and parking areas.
• Provides training and supervision of clients in custodial work and safety.
• Communicates with supervisor regarding problems and helps in training/work program development.
• Responsible for proper use of custodial equipment and cleaning chemicals.
• Performs final inspection of each location after duties are performed.
