• Current Nebraska license to practice respiratory care and NBRC RRT credential required; BLS required; NRP/ACLS/PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read prescriptions and arterial blood gases to guide therapy and dosing decisions.
• Inspect, set up, and operate devices such as ventilators and gas delivery systems.
• Monitor patient response and adjust therapy to maintain target parameters.
• Perform procedures such as EEGs and Sleep Studies as trained.
• Collaborate with physicians and care team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Other duties as assigned.
