Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking a compassionate Respiratory Therapist to provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of respiratory therapies. You will serve as a resource to the healthcare team, ensuring patient safety and adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or CoARC-accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
• Licensure as a Respiratory Care Practitioner and RRT.
• BLS certification.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate respiratory therapies.
• Provide education and training on respiratory treatments to patients, families and staff.
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures per established standards; troubleshoot as needed.
• Demonstrate advanced skills such as ECMO support and mechanical ventilation; bronchoscopy and sleep lab tasks.
