Qualifications

• Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as Respiratory Care Practitioner and credentials: RRT and BLS.
• Strong clinical and critical care skills with good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively through documentation and teamwork.
• Educate patients, families, and staff on respiratory treatments and procedures.
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures per standards.
• Apply clinical knowledge to troubleshoot and support advanced care needs.
• Support ECMO, sleep labs, and critical care as needed.
