• Experience in marketing and/or event production.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of events, promotions and programming for resort and departments.
• Assist in budgeting, invoicing and financial aspects of events.
• Coordinate suppliers, vendors, and logistics for events including venue, speakers, signage, and parking.
• Assist with internal and external communications including website, social media, email, and guest relations.
• Produce proposals, timelines, and event outlines with attention to detail.
