Qualifications

• Louisiana licensure or eligible LPC/LCSW/LMSW/PLPC is required.
• Experience in addiction counseling or substance abuse treatment.
• Proficiency with MS Office, email, and EHR systems.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.
• Satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions.
• Discuss goals for treatment with clients, including immediate and long-term objectives.
• Complete documentation for compliance and client records in a timely fashion.
• Complete the Clinical Assessment and initial treatment plan during admissions.
• Create and review an individualized Master Treatment Plan and progress notes.
• Ensure weekly clinical audits and documentation are up-to-date.
• Participate in supervision, meetings, and quality improvement initiatives.
