Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Part-Time Security Officer in Stamford, CT. You will patrol residential areas, greet residents and visitors, and respond to incidents while upholding safety and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and contractors by following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, access-related issues, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site policies, and maintain logs/reports as required.
• Communicate observations and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel and complete documentation.
