Monte Nido Clementine Cherry Hill is seeking a part-time Residential Counselor to support adolescents in recovery from eating disorders. This role involves meals supervision, group activities, and collaboration with the treatment team on a patient-centered plan.

Qualifications

• Two years post-high school education or higher required.
• Experience in mental or behavioral health settings is desirable.
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving history may be required.

Responsabilités

• Support clients through their recovery journey.
• Provide support and intervention per the client's treatment plan.
• Engage clients in developing healthy connections with others in the milieu and team.
• Assist in food prep and supervise client meals and snacks.
• Exposure to therapeutic groups and development of core skills.
• Conduct rounds and provide observations.
• Occasionally drive clients off-site for appointments and activities.
