Monte Nido Clementine Cherry Hill in Cherry Hill, NJ, is seeking a part-time Residential Counselor to support adolescents in recovery from eating disorders. The role involves direct client support, meal supervision, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Schedule includes 1–2 shifts per week (Sat varieties and a Wed night). Compensation ranges from $16 to $21 per hour with overnight shift differential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; Psychology preferred.
• At least 1 year in a mental/behavioral health setting desired/higher in some states.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license with safe driving history.
• Strong communication, client relations, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Support clients through recovery per treatment plan.
• Assist in meal support and supervision.
• Engage clients in healthy social connections within milieu and team.
• Participate in food prep and set-up; supervise meals and snacks.
• Exposure to therapeutic groups and core skills development.
• Conduct rounds and provide observations.
• Occasionally drive clients off-site for appointments.
