Supportive Concepts for Families, Inc. seeks a Residential Specialist in the Baldwin, Coraopolis, Dormont, Emsworth, Gibsonia, and North Hills areas for a part-time position.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Preferred: prior experience in developmental disabilities or human services.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support and supervision to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential settings, promoting independence, dignity, and inclusion.
• Assist with daily living activities, transportation, community participation, and ISP/BSP goal achievement.
• Maintain a safe, clean home environment while complying with policies and licensing requirements.
• Complete accurate documentation including medication records, progress notes, and incident reports.
• Collaborate with supervisors, families, support teams, and partners to ensure high-quality care and positive outcomes.
