Dodge County is seeking a Part-Time employee to support residents in the IID household with activities, transportation, and daily living tasks. The role involves guiding workshops, planning events, and coordinating staff involvement to meet residents’ needs.

The position requires CPR/First Aid certification, a valid driver's license, and Wisconsin CNA credentials or eligibility. Responsibilities include documentation, safety, and assisting with mobility and personal hygiene.

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification required or to be obtained on hire.
• Valid driver’s license and Dodge County driver qualification policy.
• Experience with geriatric, chronic mentally ill, and/or developmental disabilities preferred; equivalent education/experience considered.
• Wisconsin CNA certification on state registry or obtained within 12 months of hire.

Responsabilités

• Lead residents in workshop activities and coordinate staff assistance.
• Arrange transportation for outings and plan monthly activity calendars.
• Provide personal care and assist with hygiene, mobility, and ADL goals.
• Document resident attendance and care details in Matrixcare.
