Responsibilities

• Prepares tables, napkins, utensils, and refills condiments.
• Stays updated on menu choices and specials, communicates guest needs to cooks.
• Direct guests to tables, present menus, suggest dishes and drinks.
• Deliver items, refill utensils, assist with desserts and drinks.
• Follow safety standards and health codes, maintain cleanliness.
