Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities including bathing, grooming, dressing.
• Support residents with meals, restorative care, and life skills, respecting preferences.
• Encourage residents to engage in social, recreational, and wellness activities.
• Maintain a clean and comfortable environment through housekeeping and laundry.
• Prepare, store, and serve meals, beverages, and snacks with a positive dining experience.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' health or emotional well-being to nursing staff.
• Welcome new residents and help them transition smoothly into their new home.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and ensure exceptional care.
