Now Hiring: Part-Time Resident Care Assistant for 3rd shift Every Other Weekend

Starting at $16.56/hr – Higher Pay Based on Experience!

Are you a compassionate and dedicated caregiver looking to make a difference? Spring Arbor Senior Living of Salisbury in Midlothian, VA, is seeking a Part-Time Resident Care Assistant to provide quality care and comfort to our senior residents.

Shifts Available:

3rd shift: 11:00pm-7:00am

What You’ll Do

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) – bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, mobility & incontinence care
Prepare & assist residents with meals, snacks, & activities
Respond promptly to resident emergency call system
Observe, document, & report changes in residents’ condition
Communicate with residents & families professionally & compassionately
Maintain resident rooms, common areas, & assist with laundry as needed
Answer phone calls in accordance with Spring Arbor procedures

Who We’re Looking For

CNA, PCA, or Direct Care Staff (DCS) Certification – Required
High school diploma or equivalent – Required
Experience in healthcare, hospitality, or service industry preferred
CPR & First Aid Certification (or ability to obtain)
