Job summary

Rydal Park, a premier Life Plan Community located in Jenkintown, is hiring a part-time Resident Assistant to join our Personal Care team. You would provide care from basic needs to activities of daily living and help residents maximize independence in a safe environment.

Shifts include 7a-3a and 3p-11p with hourly range $16.50-$18 depending on experience. We offer comprehensive benefits, a supportive work culture, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Desire to have a positive impact in the lives of older adults.
• US High School Diploma or GED.
• Prior CNA or caregiving experience preferred.
• New grads are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Develop awareness of residents’ interests and needs, and assist residents to maximize independence and participation by providing exemplary care.
• Help create a safe environment in which to provide resident care.
