Join Our Caring Team as a Resident Assistant!

2:00pm- 10:00 PM -Part time 1-3 days Monday through Friday + every other weekend.

We’re seeking team members who value compassion, teamwork, and service. If you have a heart for caring for others, we’d love to meet you!
Qualifications:
• At least one year of experience in assisted living or a related field
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Healthcare, hospitality, or service experience preferred
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
As a Resident Assistant, you’ll provide essential care and companionship to our residents, helping them feel comfortable and valued every day.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with daily activities (bathing, dressing, mobility, toileting, etc.)
• Help residents with meals and activities
• Respond to emergency call systems and report changes in resident conditions
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Provide friendly communication with residents and families
• Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
• Support staff by answering phones and transporting residents when needed
